ABSTRACT
The article reports that most small- and medium-sized rubber and urethane company executives see some signs of economic recovery, but are unsure if it can last. William R. Doyle of Vystar Corp. says several economists believe the economy bottomed out in the summer and a recovery is under way. According to Walt Smith, chairman of ITWC Inc. and Thombert Inc., recovery has begun but it is tentative and fragile.
