ABSTRACT
The article discusses the environmental program San Pedro Bay Ports Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) which aims to control air pollution in California. It cites that CAAP members formed the Technology Advancement Program (TAP) which is responsible for commercial availability of clean technologies to reduce emission in ports. Moreover, Ports of Long Beach (POLB) are completing the formation of the Port Technologies Development Center which will fund for new port related technologies.
