ABSTRACT
The article reports on the new functionalities of teller solutions to help improve tellers' capability in providing services. These include the Currency Transaction Report (CTR) functionality which helps tellers fill out and CTR forms and the offline processing which enable tellers to process transactions even though another system has been disconnected from its server. It also cites the teller capture which enable tellers to create electronic images of checks and deposit slips at tellers line.
