ABSTRACT
The article discusses what restaurant and catering operators will be serving for the 2009 holiday season despite some firms cutting back on holiday functions due to the recession. It mentions that the dining services at New York University has created an all-inclusive package featuring pasta, carving, and stir-fry stations with a Pacific Rim motif. Dining Services Director Owen Moore says that they have chefs from the Pacific Rim, Latin America and Europe who will create menus with holiday foods from their countries.
