ABSTRACT
The article announces that Bon App�tit at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota collaborated with its art department to participate in the 5th Annual Empty Bowls. The event is a fund-raising campaign against hunger and the college raised money for the Second Harvest Food Bank. Volunteer students created their own bowls in various shapes and sizes and then fired them. All attendees were given meals and soup that were served in their own bowls together with bread and apples.
