ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of ailing security services firm GVI Security Solutions by GenNx360 Capital Partners for about 11.6 million dollars. The deal prices each share of GVI, which is a government contractor and video security solutions provider, at 38 cents. Imperial Capital acted as financial advisor to GVI while Cooley Godward Kronish was GVI's legal counsel in the transaction.
