ABSTRACT
The article offers information for members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). A half-day CIPD Forum scheduled on October 14, 2009 will be discussing two subjects including "Managing Tupe scenarios" and "Resourcing and talent management in turbulent times." "Taking the temperature of coaching," a coaching research launched by John McGurk will be available for download from September 25, 2009. Members are invited to send their views on CIPD's set of reward principles on executive pay released in September 2009.
