ABSTRACT
The article presents the eight reasons to acquire the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) certification program. It mentions that the certification is a respected title worldwide with about 10,000 people applying for registration. It can enhance one's knowledge and confidence in records information management (RIM), it demonstrates one's desire for continuous learning and teaches one how to have a balanced approach to RIM.
