ABSTRACT
The article reports on the findings of an online survey conducted by research firm Gartner Inc., led by research director Stessa Cohen, on the responses of banking customers with online banking in the U.S. and Great Britain. The results of the survey confirmed that most bankers already have knowledge on online banking. Cohen notes the need of banks to watch the move of credit unions which are beginning to outpace banks in tems of communication and personalization features they offer.
