ABSTRACT
The article offers world news briefs related to banking. Wal-Mart Store Inc. scammer Tien Truong pleaded guilty to phishing off a number of piers including setting up fake web sites disguised as banking sites. A high technology smart card is sold by a crook who disguised as a worker of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).
