The article reprots on the strategic alliance between ORxPharma and Liaoning Nuokang Medicines Co. Ltd. for the development and commercialization of venomics in China. An investment of 5 million U.S. dollars will be made by Nuokang in ORxPharma in exchange for a controlling interest in a company in Hong Kong. When the deal is completed, QRxPharma subsidiary Venomics Pty. Ltd. wil have a stake in the Hong Kong company that Nuokang invested in.
