The article reports on the maintenance of the school facilities at the Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Connecticut. It notes that the school comprises of 50 buildings across 810 acres including 30 residential structures, and 12 dormitories. It states that though the campus is a chief marketing point for the school, maintaining the efficacy of the facilities is their challenge. Hence, in 2007, the school has structured building systems over the campus to upgrade technology in the old buildings.
