ABSTRACT
The article reports on renovation of three buildings of The General Theological Seminary in Chelsea, New York to accommodate The Desmond Tutu Center which comprised of 60-room hotel, a conference area, and a restaurant. The seminary chose Aggreko PLC for the simulation of two geothermal wells to suit the geothermal system's equipment. One of the challenges for the renovation is the accommodation of large chillers with a limited construction space but Aggreko managed to find a sufficient space.
