ABSTRACT
The article discusses employer branding as the key in attracting the right applicant that differentiates a company from its competitors. It cites that the employer brand of retail giant Sears is responsible for the turnaround of one of its division into a healthy million profit. It advises that a successful employer brand should pass the Ronseal test. It is noted that employer brand should be taken as a competitive imperative.
