The article reports that a stake in Lang Holdings, which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy sale, has been purchased by Sun Capital Partners Inc., a buyout firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. In July 2009, the company decided to provide Lang up to 16 million in debtor-in-possession. On the other hand, Catterton Partners Inc. has 40 percent in Lang.
