The article reports that Cascade Drilling will be part of the platform of Environmental Capital through a partial investment. According to Environmental managing director Bob Egan, The 2 billion U.S. dollar allotment for a nuclear site cleanup in Oregon was one of the factors that made the company invest in Cascade. With the acquisition, Cascade now has the capacity to expand.
