ABSTRACT
The article presents the short medical cases discussed at a conference by the American College of Physicians on the new teaching aid format called "Clinical Pearls" in educating physicians is presented. The new format was applied through the presented evaluation of abnormal findings from medical tests that suggested the right diagnosis for the respective cases. Details and questions are presented categorically that serves as a guide in dealing for the analysis and discussion of the case.
