In this article, the mystery shopper evaluates the services of travel agency First Choice Inc., located at 48 Chantry Way in London, England, for a cruise to Nile. It is stated that, the agent of the agency during consultation didn't take any interest in the needs of the shopper. The agent gave a generic business card with no contact name, and offered no upgrades or extras. It is stated that, the agent was just doing her job and it was neither a personal nor pleasurable experience.
