ABSTRACT
The purpose of this article is to problematize the three fundamental dimensions of the human rights education: the dialogicity, the "Otherness" and the juridicity, having previously discussed minimum ethical, political and legal conditions for a critical education in human rights. The article ends with some methodological assumptions to continue this discussion and this type of education.
