The article focuses on the challenges facing Texas AgriLife Research and Extension Center in enhancing agriculture's irrigation efficiency in Texas. The center has celebrated its centennial anniversary by conserving the country's sustainable agricultural irrigation. Meanwhile, Senator Robert Duncan believes irrigation efficiency as the key element for the improvement of country's agriculture industry.
