Lloyds and Barclays lead the league for FOS complaints

The article reports that Lloyds Banking Group LLC and Barclays PLC has received the highest number of complaints from its customers referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) in Great Britain. It states that Lloyds Banking Group has a total of 15,233 number of complaints while Barclays received 8, 802 number of complaints. Other companies who also received several complaints include Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC Holdings PLC, and MBNA Corp.
