ABSTRACT
The article provides insights on how a financial planner can have transition plans and be successful in the field of business in the U.S. According to Deena Katz, an associate professor in the personal financial planning division at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, it is essential for financial planners to turn their practices into business in attaining career development. On one hand, Julie Littlechild, president of Advisor Impact, stressed that financial planners should focus on transition plans and business growth.
