The article reports on the second special nationwide German "action week" called "Germany Reads. Meeting Place Library," taking place in November 2009. Coordinated by the Deutscher Bibliotheksverband e.V. (dbv - German Library Association), the events feature readings, exhibits, library nights, and unusual presentations throughout the country's libraries.
