Croatian court vindicates journal editor

The article discusses a court case wherein the co-editor of the Croatian Medical Journal Dr. Matko Marusic speak publicly about the moral and intellectual crisis of the Croatian academic community. It states that Marusic has published two article which deals adequately with seven allegations of plagiarism against retired professor of obstetrics Dr. Assim Kurjak. The court reviewed the issue and attempted to find a solution that the coeditor has right to speak publicly on the issue .
