ABSTRACT
The article informs that the Indian company JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. is planning to expand distribution of its tires in the U.S. and Canada. According to Raghupati Singhania, vice chairman and managing director of JK Tyre, the company has had a presence in North America since 1986. He said that the company will be ready to launch JK- and Tornel-brand radial passenger and light truck tires to U.S. and Canadian customers in six to 12 months.
