ABSTRACT
The article informs that a Mexican woman named Esther Chavez has claimed about 30 million dollars from Dunlop Ltd. and Goodyear Dunlop Tires North America Ltd. through a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court on behalf of her son, whose father Raul Esquivel was killed in an auto accident allegedly caused by a defective tire. Raul met with an accident when a Dunlop tire on the car he was riding allegedly suffered a tread separation. Raul died of his injuries shortly thereafter.
