ABSTRACT
The article reports the motion filed by Fontainebleau Las Vegas' lenders to set the case to liquidation. Fontainebleau filed for bankruptcy three months ago. The 3.1 billion U.S. dollar project that is 70 percent complete has made no progress yet. The property developer filed bankruptcy because lenders denied the 656 million U.S. dollars in funding.
