ABSTRACT
The article reports on the invitation for laboratories in Great Britain to apply to the Horserace Betting Levy Board (HBLB) laboratory approval scheme. Accordingly, approved laboratories are likely to issue HBLB certificates in order to confirm that the horse is pathogens-free. It is stated that the approval will become subject to applicants which can achieve right outcomes for a set of pretest samples.
