ABSTRACT
The article offers the universal qualities of an effective leadership. It notes that an effective leader must be a vision oriented as it would lay the foundation that the members of the organization will take to reach the peak. A leader must be an effective communicator who is able to speak plainly, clearly, and truthfully citing the U.S. President Barack Obama as an example. Additionally, a leader must have the ability to get his members to follow.
