ABSTRACT
The article reports that the U.S. oil country tubular goods (OCTG) producers are waiting for the ruling by the International Trade Commission (ITC) on the antidumping and countervailing duty trade case they filed against Chinese importers. It says that OCTG producers have accused the Chinese producers of dumping subsidized OCTG products in the country, which caused excessive Chinese OCTG imports in 2008. It notes that ITC was scheduled to issue a preliminary determination in September 2009.
