ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of adopting a correct business perspective in the face of stiff competition. Companies that failed are those that became complacent. They overestimated their strength and underestimated their competitors. Since competition can emerge quickly from anywhere, it suggests that companies must have the ability to move decisively to transform product features, enhance service and add new values overnight in order to stay competitive.
