Leadership Excellence Essentials;Oct2009, Vol. 26 Issue 10, p15
The article discusses the process of letting oneself emerge in the face of fear in order to be an effective leader. A leader needs to reflect so as to understand the past and to be shaped more by positive experiences. After reflecting on these experiences, one gains resolution that leads people to acquire perspective. Once perspective is obtained, one would realize his abilities and capacities which would allow him to gain mastery and strategic thinking and eventually full self-expression.
