ABSTRACT
The article discusses three patterns in leadership that are fundamental to the most effective results-producing leaders that supports their various competencies and styles. Effective leaders exhibit authenticity, well-developed self awareness and transparency that openly face strength and vulnerabilities. It notes that leaders achieve influence by means of conversation with people and they create sustained value though an aspiration to serve multiple constituencies.
