(SRPL) build by Anjan Chatterjee, a 49-year-old Mumbai adman, with the aid from Softbank Asia Infrastructure Fund (SAIF). It notes that the chain is modeled from P.F. Chang's China Bistro, a chain of 189 Chinese restaurants in the U.S. Chatterjee states that the chain, which he plans to franchise, will provide the cooking methodology and trains the staff while taking revenues.
