ABSTRACT
The article reports on the move of sister tour operators Insight Vacations P/L and Trafalgar Tours to launch an online partnership aimed at helping agents develop customer loyalty in Great Britain. According to sales director Paul Melinis, the electronic partners programme would allow the operators to send reminders and information to customers regarding their bookings. It will also provide client feedback on tours, details of planned holidays, and future brochure leads.
