The article offers cruise shipping related news briefs. P&O Cruises Ltd. has banned smoking in side areas on its cruise ships from April 2009 and on its Arcadia cruise ship on 2010. A new module has been added to its online agent programme by the Norwegian Cruise Line Ltd. that includes facilities for passengers with mobility, hearing and sight impairments and guests with dietary or medical equipment needs. Royal Caribbean International has offered 24 places to dine on its Oasis of the Seas.
