ABSTRACT
The article presents a discussion on how laboratory owners cope with the burden of lens warranties. According to Sunstar Optical sales and marketing manager Tim Steffey, laboratories do not have any option other than to support the warranties. They just put in mind that the warranties can give them hope of greater sales.
