ABSTRACT
The article provides guidelines in creating a database from start to finish. It cites on developing a tangible schematics such as blueprints, which will pave the way for the foundation of the database as well as to include loose designs of forms and reports. First on the list is to separate the data by subject matter. It cites the most vital form of database to enter sales and purchases which is based on the actual paper receipts that salespeople collect and archive.
