ABSTRACT
The article reports on the survey conducted by Moody's Investor Service Inc. which states that there is an increase in the number of indebtedness in the residential mortgage-backed securities in Great Britain for a period of three months. The study revealed that loans in arrears in a period of 90 days accounted for 1.8% of all debts. It also showed that securitised loans fell marginally due to the forbearance of lenders.
