ABSTRACT
The article reports that construction of the Fontainebleau project in Las Vegas, Nevada will be delayed due to layoffs. It states that the contractors are unable sustain wages for all of their workers after some of their lenders denied access to part of a 130 million dollar fund. There is also mention of an 800 million dollar loan put on hold by Bank of America and other lenders for the same project prior to the incident.
