On September 4, 1974, a report into the death of Maria Caldwell, which was expected to cite a lack of co-ordination between local authority departments and welfare and medical officers was published. Another news was published in September, 7 1989 issue, which is about giving warning shots about the pitfalls of national vocational qualifications, fired by Nalgo deputy national.
