ABSTRACT
The article reports that after three uncompetitive races, the Brawn team was back at the front in Valencia, Spain. Brazilian Rubens Barrichello won his first race in five years and his first race in a car other than a Ferrari when he won the European Grand Prix, a victory that signalled the end of Brawn GP's dismal run in the previous three races where Red Bull had gained the ascendency. The team brought a number of car updates to Valencia, but they did not improve the situation.
