ABSTRACT
The article reports that Sonic Motor Racing Services has been forced to withdraw from 2009 V8 Supercar endurance races after failing to secure sufficient support over the past few months. The withdrawal means team leader James Moffat will sit out the Phillip Island 500 and Bat hurst 1000. Sonic's withdrawal also means Grant Denver is without an enduro drive after negotiations fell through between the two parties.
