ABSTRACT
The article reports on a move by MasTech Manufacturing in Manistee, Michigan to convert its facility and build a wind turbine under Mariah Power in its aim to save its plummeting operational performance. It has taken the risk to spend 1.5 million U.S. dollars for its new material-handling equipment called the Windspire. According to John Holcomb of MasTech, the company always aims to establish the largest economic impact within the area. The company's turnaround is manifested by rehiring back all its employees who were laid off.
