This article reports on the acquisition of assets of Genius Products Inc. by Vivendi Entertainment in 2009. The assets include World Wrestling Entertainment, Sesame Street and RHI Entertainment. The transaction will give Vivendi control of much of film, television, video games, DVD and music royalties of Genius Product.
