Tokay - creating a new identity for one of Australia's richest treasures

The article discusses the move of the wine industry in Australia to rename and rebrand tokay and sherry wines. It states that the Ruby Cha Cha research agency was appointed by the Fortified Sustainability Project committee to help with several quantitative and qualitative research on more than 4000 wine consumers, producers and distributors, commentators and restaurateurs. The project was aimed at building a profile of consumer's attitude towards the product.
