ABSTRACT
The article discusses the assessment of winegrape quality. It states that there are two general approaches for determining grape suitability for wine making, which include measuring the fruit attributes and measuring vine attributes. It mentions a system from Spain in determining grape suitability, which employs aerial infrared photography and analysis for variability and vineyard monitoring.
