ABSTRACT
The author discusses strategies in minimizing taxes during tax changes in Great Britain. He explains some possibilities to minimize overall tax liabilities, including investments where income is tax-free, asset investments which produce capital gains, and asset investments which defer the tax charge. He emphasizes that most tax planning strategies stand a greater chance of being fully effective when it comes to tax charges.
