ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the resignation of Roger Dossett, manager of New Star Asset Management Ltd. property fund based in Great Britain, from his post. Mark Carpenter, Henderson's property division director, and Marcus Langlands Pearse, property director, will man the property fund. The bulk of their resources make the firm positive in spite of the loss of one of their employees. They are relying much on their infrastructure that they think could stabilize their investments.
