ABSTRACT
The article provides information on the appointed representatives (ARs) of each mortgages market to always monitor the terms and contracts in their database. This is done in order to protect the interest of the members since there are some dilemmas that pop-up every now then, like missing commission that endangered the transaction of the clients. Moreover, the appointed representative is advised to be inquisitive enough for every solution of the problem that they might encounter.
